Specialized Masochism’s 3D-printed Edge Inserts maximize force production by distributing stress evenly across each finger. Each edge is uniquely sculpted for stability, consistency, and reduced torsion, delivering optimal training benefits to all skill levels. The kit is available in small, medium, and large sizes to accommodate different finger widths.

The kit includes:

• Overcoming Edge: Featuring a significant depth and rounding to support the DIP joint, the 28mm overcoming edge includes a shallow incut for active flexion of the fingers. This edge insert excels when used with overcoming exercises, such as finger curls, but may be used in any hang or lift protocol.
  
  
• Yielding Edge: Featuring a varied depth, height, and elevation for all four fingers as well as a subtle incut for feedback on maintaining grip position. This edge excels with yielding exercises, such as off the ground lifts or overhead pulldowns. Edge ranges 18-22mm depending on size chosen.
