Warranty Policy

Statement of Warranty

Tension Climbing Inc. offers a comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing or material
defects for three years for both wooden and polyurethane TB2 holds and all Tension Climbing Inc.
wooden and aluminum training products. This warranty is valid only for products that are actively
manufactured and/or supported by Tension Climbing Inc. and that have not been subjected to any
unintended or abnormal uses, or weathering. In the event that a product is discontinued, warranty
support and service options may be limited or unavailable. Shipping, duties, taxes, and other
associated import fees are not explicitly covered under warranty and are addressed on a
case-by-case basis.
NO WARRANTY OF APP. THE APP IS PROVIDED BY AURORA ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND
WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER. ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED BY AURORA.
AURORA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION,
ACHIEVE ANY INTENDED RESULT, BE COMPATIBLE OR WORK WITH ANY SOFTWARE,
SYSTEM OR OTHER SERVICES, OR BE SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, FREE OF
HARMFUL CODE OR ERROR FREE.
Aurora warrants the Products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one(1)
year from the original date of purchase of the Product by TBW (the "Warranty Period"), which
warranty is valid for indoor use of the Product only. If a material or workmanship defect arises
with regard to a Product, and a valid claim is received by Aurora during the Warranty Period,
Aurora shall, at its sole option:
(i) repair the Product or part using new or Refurbished parts;
(ii) replace the Product or part with a new or Refurbished Product or part; or
(iii) refund the applicable purchase price of the defective Product or part.
For the purposes of this limited warranty, "Refurbished" means a Product or part that has been
substantially returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are Tension's
exclusive remedies. Aurora shall not be liable or responsible for any labour or labour-related
expenses required to repair or install a new or Refurbished Product or part. Aurora expressly
disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality,
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. For the avoidance of doubt, the limited
warranty does not cover damages that arise from negligence, misuse, wear-and-tear, modification
or failure to follow the product instructions ( e.g. dropping the Product, etc.).
