The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for any and all production roles in the back of house. They will be utilized as a “floating” position operating for both the Machining and Finishing departments, depending on daily needs as communicated by the Warehouse Foreman.

1. The operation and monitoring of multiple CNC machines throughout the day:

• Machine start-up procedure
• Prepare parts to be loaded into CNC machines
• Unload and load parts in CNC machines
• Monitor machine operating condition
• Clean and maintain CNC machines
• Machine shutdown procedure

2. Maintenance and cleanliness of warehouse and common areas:

• Daily cleaning of the warehouse working area and equipment
• Weekly cleaning of warehouse and common areas
• Monthly deep cleanings of the warehouse, common areas, and equipment

3. Post-machining production tasks:

• Sanding/finishing handboards, holds, and other hardwood products
• Engraving
• Prepackaging

While no experience is necessary, a well-qualified applicant will:

• Learn quickly
• Thrive in a dynamic team environment
• Comfortable working on your feet and performing manual labor tasks 
• Have strong attention to detail
• Have general knowledge of and experience with power tools such as:
• Drills
• Impact drivers
• Power saws
• Various hand tools

The Warehouse Specialist will work 4 days per week, 36 to 40 hours per week. This is a full-time position.
