Overcome
Falling withing the Organic line, OVERCOME defines the unlevel edge, and undoubtedly the most used device for any training modality and adaptation.
These inserts feature a deep, rounded, stepped unlevel edge to emphasize overcoming isometrics: the intent to flex the fingers against an immovable object.
Resist
Also in the Organic line, RESIST demands excellent form and position during off the ground lifts and anchored pulls.
Unique combination of unlevel edge height, depth, and elevation allows the finger joints to adopt similar angles for yielding isometrics: resisting force applied against the fingers.
Reinforce
Completeing the Organic line: REINFORCE. Allowing unrivaled versatility and the opportunity for intentional finger adduction, this blend of stepped and swept unlevel designs provides new finger training athletes and those who have struggled with fit to find an accommodating surface for most hands and modalities.
Positional
The Posisional line is an expanding series of experimental edges which are designed to promote positions and actions of the fingers.
Available in limited quantities per colorway, expect niche shapes to introduce grip and hold variety into warmups and training sessions.
FAST
Designed exclusively for the Tension Pro Edge Platform, the FAST is a means to lock and release your inserts with a simple push, allowing for quick changes from left/right specific training edges to project positional edges and more.
The FAST also adds friction to the cord to minimize rotation during use.

What’s the difference between the PEP and The Block?
Developed in 2018, The Block was created to serve as an intersection between warm-up, rehab, and training. The Pro Edge Platform, on the other hand, takes the training aspect to a professional level, offering greater strength and customization for your no-hang training needs.
Are edge inserts sold separately?
The Raw Aluminum and Anodized Black PEP frames come with one wooden 20mm edge—additional wooden edges sold separately.
The Limited Edition Anodized Gold comes with all 4 wooden inserts.
Specialized Masochism Edge Kit is sold separately.
What’s the difference between the frames?
All frames offer the same strength metrics—the difference is purely based on your aesthetic preference. However, the Limited Edition Anodized Gold is only available during the PEP’s initial launch.
Will there be more inserts in the future?
Yes. The PEP is a platform by which we will create more edge inserts in the future, giving you even more options to customize your training experience.
