Had to do some light sanding, but more than worth the cost savings. Very happy with my board so far

Nice and compact, I have it hooked to a Tindeq on the same sling as my ergo edge and now I can do my whole training program while standing in one spot. Huge W that the rope is the same length as the one on the ergo edge so I don’t have to make any adjustments

I love the block, for both training and warming up, but I often find that I don’t use the majority of the grips. The one arm flash board is a great addition to my kit, with its simplified design. I often use it alongside the ergo edge, for my block lifting training.
